If you don’t see a stock mould that suits your needs or you want to create a shape unique to your brand, We have an expert team and capabilities to create a custom shape in either a bottle, jar or cap.
From PET Moulding, Blow Moulding or Injection Moulding, we can create a shape for all different types of plastic, particularly in PET, HDPE or PP.
Generally the process will be:
-Inform us of the size, type of packaging (bottles, jars, tubes) and design, or send us a sample.
-We will then evaluate the design or customized project to determine feasibility and suggest improvements.
-After a deposit is paid, we send the design for confirmation.
-We will make a mold (4-6 weeks) and confirm with a 3D printed sample as appropriate.
-Once the mold is completed, we can process the order!
